This is what awaits you
As part of the Customer Success team, you will work closely with customers to help them identify their business needs. You will show them how to best use PlanRadar's features to exceed their desired business results. You act as a trustworthy advisor for customers and are responsible for implementing the software and supporting the customer base. You will also support the identification of further business opportunities where customers have potential for improvement. The long-term goal is to build excellent customer relationships and consequently promote customer retention and loyalty.
YOUR FIELD OF OPERATION
Expansion and maintenance of long-term customer relationships in Central Asia
Independent handling of all sales-related processes (product and solution presentations, advice on the various license models, etc.)
Independent support of existing customers
Analysis, implementation and optimization of the implementation measures
Close collaboration with the operational units (marketing, product management, etc) at PlanRadar
Creation of various user reports with customers and development of a case study in collaboration with marketing
THIS IS WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT
Relevant professional experience in key accounts or customer success
Experience in B2B sales, industry experience (IT, construction) and SaaS experience an advantage
Very good computer skills and experience with CRM tools
Solid PC user knowledge, negotiation skills, presentation skills
Sociable, competent, sales-oriented, flexible, willing to travel
Excellent Russian, business fluent English
Independent, precise and result-oriented work
Ability to learn and self-motivate
Basic understanding of software products and business processes
