As team lead of our sales-focused team for France, you’ll be based out of our modern office in the heart of Paris. We’re situated centrally, close to the best of what the city has to offer: great restaurants, bars, music and more.

What you’ll get to do

As our Team Lead Sales for France you will be developing our customer base in one of our most exciting regions. You’ll be leading our sales team from the front, and you will manage and execute the sales process. From acquisition to presentation to closing, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth throughout the region. Over time, you’ll become an expert on the product and on the needs of your customers. While collaborating with other departments, you’ll develop your own style of pitching and negotiating, taking into account our diverse customer segments and mentoring your team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone craving ownership and eager to have a huge impact on a fast growing scale-up in the B2B SaaS space! 

AMONG OTHER THINGS YOU WILL

  • Execute and steer the growth strategy across France, ensuring a powerful brand presence. 
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team in Paris with two direct reports, fostering a motivated and result-oriented environment.
  • Actively contact leads and drive the sales process in a  professional way. 
  • Engage with new and existing B2B clients, including developers, architects, and facility managers, to strengthen and expand client partnerships. 
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations (online and in-person), showcasing our software’s value and impact to drive investment and client buy-in.  
  • Have a sharp understanding of data and deliver precise, meaningful reports that guide decision-making.  
  • Commit to and achieve ambitious sales targets, steering the team toward continued growth and success.  
  • Bring a responsible, accurate and results-driven working style to the team. 
  • Report directly to the Regional Manager based in Madrid.  

WHO YOU ARE

  • You’re a strong, people-focused leader with proven consultative sales skills.
  • You bring at least 3 years of experience leading a successful team in B2B SaaS sales, and excelling in pitching, presenting, and negotiating deals. 
  • You’re driven by learning, growth, and inspiring your team to meet ambitious targets. 
  • You should be sociable, sales-oriented and flexible. 
  • You have experience with (or are interested in) the IT, construction or real estate industries.
  • You have impeccable written and verbal communication skills in French and professional English skills.
  • You’re very comfortable working with PCs and are quick to pick up new software.
  • You should enjoy travelling for work and have a valid class B driving license.
