What you’ll get to do
As a member of our Accounting team, you will take over the ongoing accounting of our locations national and international. Additionally, you will be involved in the expansion of PlanRadar and contribute to making accounting scalable. AMONG OTHER THINGS YOU WILL
- Manage bookkeeping tasks across multiple entities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payment runs.
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the Austrian parent company and its international subsidiaries.
- Prepare tax filings and statistical reports for various PlanRadar entities, including Intrastat, ZM, VAT returns, and OeNB reports.
- Actively participate in internal projects, such as the implementation of new accounting software, and support ongoing improvements to internal processes and systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external tax advisors and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and compliance.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of financial records, meeting both internal and regulatory deadlines consistently.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have completed a Bachelor or Master degree with focus on economics, finance or accounting, or any other accounting qualifications.
- You have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting or financial reporting, ideally in a fast-paced business environment.
- You are proficient in using standard accounting software (BMD is a plus) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- You are a team player with a strong analytical mindset, flexibility, and a solutions-driven approach.
- You are capable of working independently, with strong organizational skills and a hands-on mentality, proactive attitude.
- You take initiative, actively contribute, and have a passion for driving change and continuous improvement.
- You have excellent English skills (German is a plus)

The annual gross minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on the Austrian law for this position is EUR 43.500,-. This includes: full health insurance, occupational accident insurance, public pension scheme and public unemployment insurance. Depending on your individual professional qualifications and previous experience your salary could be significantly higher.
