As our (Senior) Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will be the voice of the customer, conducting research to shape our go-to-market strategies and refining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs). You’ll craft compelling messaging, create impactful content, and enable global sales teams with tailored strategies. Collaborating across Product, Sales, and Marketing, you’ll deliver cohesive initiatives while tracking key metrics to optimize performance.

Among other things you will
- Serve as the voice of the customer: Conduct customer research and develop an in-depth understanding of key target segments
- Build & refine Ideal Customer Profiles: Develop and maintain detailed ICPs to guide targeted marketing strategies, sales efforts, and customer engagement initiatives
- Craft messaging & positioning: Develop clear, compelling, and competitive value propositions
- Deliver best-in-class content: Manage the development of content, working with design & web teams, to create marketing materials, product videos, email campaigns, event collateral, web content, sales enablement materials and more
- Enable global sales teams: Develop detailed content and enablement strategies tailored for regions, buyer personas, and use cases
- Measure & optimize performance: Define KPIs, monitor metrics, and refine strategies for continual impact
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner closely with Product, Sales, Sales Enablement, Customer Success and Marketing teams to deliver go-to-market strategy
Who you are
- You have at least 3 years of experience in product marketing or similar positions
- You have a University degree in a marketing or business-related field or a similar degree
- You have excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- You have experience in content creation, with the ability to deliver key messages clearly and concisely
- You are a self-starter with the ability to work independently and own projects end-to-end
- You are fluent in written and verbal communication in English
- A background in construction or real estate is of advantage
