And we do it by investing, installing, and operating EV chargers with an innovative business model akin to an Infra and Tech scale-up. So in a nutshell, we help businesses find the right charging solution that fits their customers' needs, and today we’ve joined forces with more than 1,200 partners across Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Poland, where we have more than 2,200 contracted locations.

Responsibilities:

The Operations Administrative Assistant is a supportive role for the Operations Department. We are seeking a dedicated and committed individual who is keen on a challenge. You will  be a general problem solver, collaborating with different team members of the operations team helping them in several  projects:

  • Manage applications to public subsidies
  • Send regular communications to our partners with business updates
  • Process payments to our suppliers
  • Supervise energy payments and request reimbursements when necessary
  • Store and organise documentation

 

The Candidate:

The Candidate must have a high proactive  spirit, combined with an enormous capacity of problem solving and decision making .You will sky rock at this role if you are/ have: 

  • Administrative experience
  • Excellent team skills to liaise with all members of the team and management.
  • Comprehends deadlines and has strong organizational skills that will thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficient in Gmail, excel, word
  • Native Spanish and English as a second language is a plus
