Responsibilities

The Growth Coordinator will play a key role in the next phase of accelerated growth of Power Dot and the expansion of our EV charging network. The Growth Coordinator will be part of a central team that supports Power Dot’s business development efforts and will be responsible for the continuous improvement of our local partnership development teams. This role will be highly focused in enhancing and building new processes on our CRM, as well as design new techniques to improve our business development pipeline.  As a central function, this role will work closely with all Power Dot partnership development markets, as well as the Product and Marketing domains.

Being such an important role, we expect the Growth Coordinator to further cement these culture pillars across our organisation. You will have a dynamic day-to-day, characterised by a multiplicity of functions of the greatest importance:

  • Be a Champion of our CRM, improving processes and developing standards and best practices to guide its usage at Power Dot;
  • Develop automations to improve our interactions with prospects and improve existing workflows.
  • Analyse and optimise the return on investment of our Lead Generation mechanisms;
  • Own, develop and execute our growth experimentation backlog throughout our CRM and other Lead Generation systems;
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision making;
  • Develop data validation and auditing strategies to keep our CRM well structured; 
  • Explore and run deep dive analysis to understand what are the best partnership development strategies and communicate them across the organisation;
  • Build a set of communication routines with our local teams in order to support their performance monitoring;

The Candidate we are looking for:

  • Have a high proactive and independent entrepreneurial spirit, combined with an enormous capacity of problem-solving, decision making and leadership
  • Have gained 2 or more years of professional experience in Analytics, Consultancy, Operations, Management or similar roles.
  • Have solid experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Pipedrive, HubSpot).
  • Are performance and data driven, you are curious and your day to day depends on data and facts. 
  • Have an important sense of organisation and priorities management.
  • Have excellent verbal, and written communication and presentation skills both in Portuguese and English with a high level of proficiency.
  • Have an interest and enthusiasm for the area of ​​electric mobility and, although not fundamental, experiences in the area or in a related area are highly valued.
  • Any experience in SQL and other programming languages will be highly valued as well.
