As a Key Account Electric Mobility Project Manager, on the deployment of fast charging stations for electric cars, and you will have a key position, you will be responsible for delivering our product promise to the customer: a turnkey charging station deployment.

Your role will be dynamic, with a multitude of functions, primarily divided into three strategic areas:

  • Installations
      • Management of work on tenders requiring national coordination
      • Management of installation partners: daily monitoring of our multiple projects with our installers, and identification and resolution of bottlenecks in our installation chain.
      • Mobilization of internal and external resources (installation partners, service providers, suppliers, Ores, Fluvius, Sibelga, Power Dot technicians) adequate to deploy our EVC as quickly as possible while ensuring quality, safety and attractiveness
      • Coordination of the delivery of the charging stations
      • You may be required to travel to perform technical visits or commissioning yourself
  • Operations
    • Follow up on the operation of the charging stations in service to build a strong relationship with our key partners
  • Business
    • Up-selling to get additional sites signed within a major account
    • Follow-up of the files before signature: direct relationship with the Expansion Managers to carry out technical visits on site, interviews, and implementation plans.

For this role, we are looking for the following profile:

  •  Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in engineering, if possible in electrical engineering 
  • You have more than 4 years of experience, ideally with a charging station operator or with an electric grid
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills, and you know how to prepare and deliver quality commercial presentations 
  • With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, you have the autonomy and independence to make important decisions quickly
  • Rigorous and methodical, you are persistent and tenacious
  • You are fluent in both spoken and written language in Flemish and French 
  • Strong commercial sensitivity, you have the creativity and the taste for challenge to propose innovative and relevant solutions to prospects
  • Very good organizational skills with a sense of priorities
  • You have the ability to understand our business plan and our growth and profitability levers, as an investment fund
  • Appetence and enthusiasm for sustainable mobility and the desire to conquer a growing market with a disruptive value proposition. Experience in electric mobility is a plus. If not, we will be able to take you to the next level.
