We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage our company's IT operations. The IT Manager will be responsible for maintaining our technology infrastructure, providing technical support to our employees, and ensuring the security and integrity of our data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, as well as a deep understanding of current and emerging technologies. In this role, you will:

Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our data.

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our IT department, including hardware and software installations, upgrades, and maintenance.

Provide technical support to our employees and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.

Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance our company's efficiency and productivity.

Manage and oversee IT projects from conception to completion.

Develop and manage the IT budget and ensure that expenditures are within budgetary guidelines.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging technologies and trends in IT management.
We believe you’ll thrive in this role if you have the following skills:

Linux and Windows Systems management

Firewall and Office network management

Understands networking concepts such as routing, NAT, Port-forwarding, DNS, VPN, etc.

Experience with Jira, GSuite, and AWS Cloud services is a plus.

Excellent English writing and speaking level

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management.

Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security.
