We are actively seeking a highly proficient Senior Systems Engineer with a comprehensive skill set encompassing Linux, networking, Go programming, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and strong English communication skills. This role is instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining sophisticated systems infrastructure, emphasizing collaboration, documentation, and adherence to best practices. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess excellent documentation skills, and contribute to the overall success of our technical initiatives.

Responsibilities:
System Design and Implementation:
- Design, deploy, and maintain robust and scalable systems infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles using tools like Ansible and Puppet.
Networking:
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot network architecture and protocols.
- Optimize network performance and ensure high availability.
- Collaborate with network and security teams to implement and maintain a secure and efficient network infrastructure.
Programming:
- Utilize strong programming skills in Go to develop tools, scripts, and applications to automate system processes and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with software development teams to integrate systems with custom applications.
Configuration Management:
- Implement and manage central configuration management using Ansible and Puppet.
- Ensure consistency and reliability across server configurations.
Observability:
- Actively work on observability initiatives by collecting metrics and logs.
- Create and maintain dashboards using ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and Grafana for effective monitoring and troubleshooting.
Site Reliability Engineering (SRE):
- Apply SRE principles to enhance system reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement and maintain reliable and efficient systems.
- Implement and maintain monitoring solutions to ensure the health and performance of systems.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks to optimize system performance.
Profile we are looking for!
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Systems Engineer with a focus on Linux environments.
- Strong proficiency in networking concepts, protocols, and security.
- Advanced programming skills in Go language.
- Experience with IaC tools such as Ansible and Puppet.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Experience with ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and Grafana for observability.
- Understanding and application of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of other programming languages, such as Python or Shell scripting.
- Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines on top of GitHub Actions.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
