Responsibilities:

As a Product Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution and optimization of our product development processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Central Ops, to drive efficiency and excellence in product delivery. You’ll play a key role in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and assuring post-launch success. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for solving problems.

  • Project Management: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of key cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and deadlines.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze key product metrics and user feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships with Product Management, Engineering, Central Operations and Market Operations to drive alignment and facilitate communication.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of product requirements, specifications, and processes.
  • User Research: Generate opportunities to improve user and partner experience by keeping an ear to the ground, leading user and competitor research efforts.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to optimize product features, workflows, and processes based on user feedback and market trends.

The Candidate we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives and driving growth.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management practices is a plus.
  • Familiarity with EV charging experience and technology landscape is a plus.
