The Role:

Working in collaboration with our Sales and Marketing teams your role will be to seek out and develop new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers and also supporting strategic marketing campaigns within the territory.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales targets. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers and provide a consultative approach to help qualify new leads.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Engage with potential clients through cold calls, emails and social media
  • Present our company and the benefits of digital preservation to potential clients
  • Identify client needs and pains
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
  • Maintain detailed records within SalesForce


Key Requirements and skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with SalesForce
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
