We are world leaders and proud of our achievements – but to stay ahead we need the sharpest proactive administrators on our team and right now we are looking for a Sales Administrator with strong Salesforce and sales administration experience to support our successful UK and US based sales team.  

The Role: 

You will be the key point of liaison between sales, marketing and finance within the company taking responsibility for the smooth running of all sales administration. This will include managing and maintaining the integrity of data within our Salesforce and Pardot systems. You will also be proactive in monitoring and recording progress of sales opportunities including upsales and upgrades to ensure timely customer invoicing and recording of new licences and contractual storage / usage fees.

In addition, the role will extend to providing admin support to marketing team initiatives. 

This will be a hybrid role where you will be based from our Abingdon UK offices with the option to work sometime from home.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the company focal point for all company sales admin matters.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records including current terms / services agreed.
  • Proactively manage and ensure customer invoicing is 100% up to date.
  • Accurately compiling monthly sales reports and maintaining/updating and Pardot dash boards.
  • Maintain Salesforce and Pardot databases, including:
    • Updating data, data cleansing & spot checking as necessary
    • Writing programs/automations to tag data correctly
  • Contacting customers by phone or email to resolve queries and obtain missing information.
  • Receiving and processing customer orders to Finance department.


Required Experience:

  • Track record in sales administration is essential.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred.
  • Experience with industry software/SaaS technology environment
  • Advanced experience and skills using and Pardot or similar.
  • Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
  • Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
  • Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
