A little about the team who you will be working with

We are looking for an ambitious and customer centric People Manager to join our People team which currently consist of 4 employees across HR and Talent. In this role you will ensure we deliver a high quality and effective service across the organisation. If you are wanting to further your career in HR and get an all-round generalist experience from a vibrant and fast-paced organisation, this might be the role for you.

The focus of this role is to create a great people experience for employees.  You will understand the importance of confidentiality and discretion and be detail oriented.

Key Requirements

  • Have at least 7 years of experience working within an HR role either in a generalist or specialist capacity
  • Passion and drive to create and engage in a culture of belonging
  • Support across the entire employee lifecycle; from pre-boarding to offboarding
  • Be adept with People systems and tools
  • Self starter and be willing to roll up your sleeves
  • Team player - you see your work as part of the team’s overall plan, and within that you’re happy driving your own projects or supporting team members with theirs
  • Attention to detail - you value getting things right and be above and beyond in looking at the details
  • Ownership mentality - don't just execute what's asked of you, but question whether we've asked you the right question or if it could be done in a better way

Interview proces:

First Stage: 

This will be an initial screening call to understand more about your experience and what you are looking for in the next role. It is also an opportunity for you to get to know the team, the business etc. Our hiring manager loves it when a candidate comes prepared, hence we recommend you do your research on the company, the role etc. 

Technical Interview

This is an in-depth interview to talk at length about your experience with a few people from the team. At this stage, you will also get to know about the potential projects you could be involved in. Every interview we conduct is an opportunity for you to assess the role, the business and the team and see how aligned it is with your career goals and plans, hence please do come prepared with lots of questions.

Final Interview - Values Interview

You will be meeting with some of the members of the PrimaryBid team. It is an informal call to for team members form other teams, who you will possibly working closely with to get to know you and the values you believe in. The objective of this interview is to understand if your values are aligned with that of the team and the company overall.
