The role of the Growth Marketing Lead involves B2B marketing initiatives, with a focus on strategic accounts within the AI sector - one of our 4 major audiences. You will be working in a small team, driving and implementing growth strategies to help the company achieve their revenue targets.
Collaboration is key, as you will be owning and leading campaigns to generate high-quality sales qualified opportunities, which in turn will secure new business. You will need to have solid experience in delivering high quality ABM campaigns targeting +£1m ACV, lead generation, and data segmentation.
You will be infinitely curious and eager to learn about the challenges and nuances of the companies leading the world in the development of AI models.
What you'll be doing
Owning the B2B marketing funnel; brand awareness, demand generation, lead acquisition and content marketing
Leading inbound and outbound marketing, including ABM campaigns and content marketing initiatives
Improving marketing channels to consistently bring high-quality leads into the pipeline
Effectively prioritise and focus on the most impactful opportunities first
Reporting on the success of campaigns and programmes across the business
Managing cross functional stakeholders to deliver cohesive growth for the business
Develop email nurture programs and work closely with stakeholders to define those journeys.
What you’ll bring
- You can clearly communicate our value proposition to a variety of stakeholders
- Experience of marketing to multi-million dollar accounts
- A commercial and results-driven mindset
- A broad range of marketing experience where you have developed a good understanding of both digital marketing and inbound strategies as well as more traditional channels (PR, events, etc.)
- Be a brand ambassador and represent the business at Industry and client events
- Ability to collaborate with sales and customer success and maintain a hands-on approach
- Well-organised, logical, and efficient. Process-driven with strong attention to detail
- A self-starter with an ambitious spirit, able to handle parallel work streams while maintaining a high bar
- Hands on experience with HubSpot CRM
Even better if you have
- Working knowledge of Metabase
- Experience within the AI ecosystem and sector, e.g. data labelling
