The Role
As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager for Participants, you'll grow and diversify our participant pool by building growth strategies across multiple channels. You’ll build and own a long-term growth model attached to a significant budget, working with the rest of Marketing, Product, and Client Services teams to develop the supply side of our business: the people.
What you'll be doing
- Develop scalable demand gen strategies across multiple channels (with a focus on paid media)
- Build strategic plans and growth models, including the ownership and optimisation of CAC, ROI, and payback metrics
- Connect with Product and Marketing teams to ensure the new users you bring in maintain the balance, health, and engagement of our participant pool
- Work closely with Client Services teams to ensure we maximise sales opportunities through rapid, tactical user acquisition campaigns
- Scale learnings from campaigns into a playbook for growth that can be replicated in multiple segments and geographies
- Track, measure, and communicate campaign results, continually searching for optimization and efficiency opportunities through an experimental mindset
What you’ll bring
- Deep experience in multiple paid growth channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, and beyond…)
- Proven experience in scaling B2C tech businesses
- Strong analytical and modelling skills
- Creative, adaptable problem-solving approach - you think like an entrepreneur
- Outstanding communication skills and a history of building strong cross-functional relationships
- Equally confident operating at different levels and contexts - happy to jump between strategic planning one minute to tweaking campaign targeting the next.

Our Interview Process
Talent Call - You'll meet with one of our Talent team and have an exploratory call about the role requirements, life at Prolific, as well as your background and aspirations.
Hiring Manager Interview - You'll interview with two members of the team, one of which will be the hiring manager. You'll have the opportunity to ask about the company and the role, and we'll ask you questions about your experiences and goals.
Panel Interview - We'll hold a panel interview that evaluates skills required for the role. You'll meet with more of our team and may be asked to complete a presentation or task. You'll be compensated with a £50 voucher 💰 for completing the task because we know your time is valuable!
Final Interview - We will deep dive into your past experiences, goals, motivations, and skills all aligned to our Prolific Principles. You'll speak with two to three members of the team and - as always - have an opportunity to ask questions about the role and company.
