We are looking for an exceptional HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team. In this role, the HRBP is responsible for aligning business objectives with team members and management team in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the Talent function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. 

In this role you will advise and support managers on strategic issues and help them implement high-performing, integrated talent practices.

What will you do: 

- Support and helping people become high-performing contributors in their new roles through providing the best-in-class onboarding to new hires and team members internally hired to a new role or promoted
- Helping managers provide valuable and developing feedback, while team members being responsive and empowered to share their thoughts with their managers through managing and coordinating Readdle performance management process
- Implement Talent Development strategy, constantly collect the business need in new skills and competencies, organize educational events for all Readdle departments accordingly, provide constant analysis, post-training support to the team
- Manage all cyclical HR activities for teams, including performance management, compensation reviews, employee survey administration, and action planning
- Coordinate professional development planning and succession planning for Readdles
- Work closely with the employment brand team to develop and deploy an employment brand that is consistent with the overall Readdle brand 
- Work closely with the people operations team to ensure that all administrative HR activities are conducted effectively, including onboarding of new team members
- Keep abreast of the competitive market, and be aware of compensation and employment brand trends. Creating, supporting and driving Talent projects
- Ensure decisions are data-driven based on the HR and recruitment metrics
- Promote the Readdle company values and behaviors and facilitate a positive culture

About you: 

- You have more than 5 years of experience in HR, including solid experience as an HRBP
- You have good knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- You have excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- You have bachelor's degree
- You are fluent in English
