The Role

At Ready Player Me, you’ll make a difference. We are a high energy and collaborative team working in a fast-growing environment, solving hard problems, and enabling the success of users of Ready Player Me.

You will be responsible for building and scaling Ready Player Me product offering while keeping great UX for end-users and developers. Prioritizing product roadmap and communicating it to the team. Develop an understanding of what we have to build by talking to users, customers, collecting and processing relevant metrics and making data-driven decisions.

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager building consumer facing products, ideally in the area of gaming and marketplaces
  • Proven track-record of launching products from idea to production
  • Solid grasp of UI/UX principles, and constant pursuit of deep understanding of the customers’ needs
  • Ability to think and explain all product initiatives through data


  • Bonus if you were the first or early Product Manager in a Startup or a Scaleup
  • Great high-level understanding of the web, mobile and game engine technologies
  • You like to play games

About Ready Player Me

Wolf3D was founded in 2014 by Timmu Tõke, Kaspar Tiri, Rainer Selvet, and Haver Järveoja, and has been developing selfie-based digital avatar technology for the past eight years with a mission to power the next generation of online identity creation. In 2020, Wolf3D launched the Ready Player Me avatar creator for developers, kick-starting the company’s track record in becoming the avatar identity standard for the metaverse.

We're allowing people to create personal 3D avatars they love and can take with them across many different apps and experiences across the virtual world.

We're strong believers in the future of the metaverse and expect it's going to consist of many worlds built by different developers. One of the missing pieces in making the metaverse feel like a concise big virtual world is a cross-world avatar/identity service.

For developers, we're a plug-and-play avatar system that saves them many months of work from building their own avatar system. For users, we're a cross-game identity service. For brands, artists and IP holders we are access to many virtual worlds with one integration.

Wolf3D’s overall investment to date is $16 million, with U.S. and European investors including Wise co-founder Taavet Hinrikus, Github co-founder Tom Preston-Werner, Rovio’s Peter Vesterbacka, CTRL Labs’ Joshua Duyan and Bolt CEO Markus Villig. The company currently employs 30 people in 10 countries.
