Ready Player Me is a cross-game avatar platform for developers, players, and content creators. We give players an avatar that travels with them across thousands of experiences and becomes their virtual identity. For game developers, we are an end-to-end avatar system that saves development time and helps them monetize better. Our avatar tools are used by 9000+ games, apps, and leading brands.

About you: 

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Software Engineer to join our growing team! 

Your daily adventures will include:

• Working alongside designers and engineers to build the frontend and backend functionalities of Ready Player Me.
• Helping build new product offerings from the ground up and own the execution of them.
• Building performant REST APIs powering 3D avatar and content creation and monetisation for game developers

What you bring:

• 3+ years of experience working with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or similar technologies.
• Demonstrable experience in using SOLID Principles and Design Patterns in programming.
• Product-mindedness and a sense of design, what feels and looks good, and are excited about building delightful user experiences.
  
  

As a bonus, it would be awesome if you:

• Have experience with 3D rendering – Three.js or other web-based 3D engines.
• Worked in a Startup or Scaleup before.
• Love to play games.
