We are recruiting for a Membership Manager to further accelerate our member growth and ensure our members have a strong voice in our party.
The role of Membership Manager will be integral to the team and will play a key role in achieving our party's goals.
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Strong knowledge of marketing, planning, surveys, budgeting, finance, market research and member relationship management skills and tehcniques.
- Extremely tech savvy - able to adapt and use cutting edge software tools.
- Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments, members and suppliers.
- Ability in growing membership via multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of CRM, engagement techniques.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strong communications with the membership and maintain high levels of engagement.
