We are seeking a skilled and motivated Graphic Designer to join our political campaign team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of political messaging and branding, with the ability to create compelling visual content that resonates with voters. You will be responsible for designing a wide range of materials to support the campaign’s communication efforts across various platforms, including print, digital, and social media.
Design & Development:
- Create visually pleasing and effective designs for digital and print media, including brochures, banners, social media graphics and advertisements.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the communications team to produce creative assets that meet our political objectives.
Creative Process:
- Conceptualise and execute design solutions that meet creative strategies and objectives.
-Present design concepts to senior leadership and the communications team and incorporate feedback to refine the final designs.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the party's designs fresh and innovative.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the press team, the social media team and other designers to ensure the cohesion and quality of all visual content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals.
