This role is based in Westminster, London but you must be willing to travel at short notice, often for evening or weekend events, across the United Kingdom.
As an Event Producer for Reform UK, you will:
- Think outside of the box and take end-to-end ownership of the events you work on, ensuring the creative vision and objectives are achieved to the highest standard.
- Source and secure suitable venues across the UK, conducting site visits to evaluate facilities and suitability for the event.
- Manage budget, contracts and health and safety documentation, writing comprehensive risk assessments and briefings.
- Collaborate with the Event Lead to provide solutions, troubleshoot issues, and make final decisions on logistics, production, and budget management.
What We’re Looking For
- Candidates with a background in Event Planning and/or Production (preferably in political, B2B, or conference sectors).
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- A full UK driving licence is preferable.
- A proactive, can-do mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
