This program is also open to non-graduates who demonstrate exceptional talent, dedication, and potential.

About the Program:

The Reform Graduate Program is a rotational scheme designed to develop versatile and high-performing individuals. Over 12 to 18 months, you’ll work across various departments, gaining exposure to critical areas such as policy development, campaign management, communications, strategy, and operations.

This is not just a job – it’s an opportunity to hone your skills, tackle real challenges, and prepare for a an instrumental role in politics or beyond.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the development and execution of high-profile campaigns and strategies.
  • Conducting research and analysis to inform policy decisions and party initiatives.
  • Coordinating and delivering events, from grassroots rallies to national conferences.
  • Engaging with members, volunteers, and the public to build strong relationships.
  • Managing data, creating reports, and providing insights to support decision-making.
  • Taking ownership of projects that test your skills and push you out of your comfort zone.
