Reform UK is seeking talented social media experts to enhance our rapidly growing presence on social media within British politics.
Working as part of our expanding social media team you will manage engaging content for all major social media platforms, thriving under tight deadlines to deliver impactful videos that resonate with a variety of audiences.
This role is heavily focused at improving and taking our digital marketing to the next level, targeting macro and micro audiences inside and outside of election periods.

Key Responsibilities:

Ad Campaign Management: Designing, launching, and optimising paid social media campaigns to meet specific marketing objectives like lead generation or sales.

Targeting Precision: Leveraging audience segmentation tools and platform algorithms to deliver ads to the right people based on demographics, interests, and behaviors.

Performance Analysis: Monitoring metrics like click-through rates, conversions, and cost-per-acquisition to refine ad strategies and maximize budget efficiency.

Content Creation: Crafting engaging posts, visuals, and videos tailored to different platforms to capture audience attention.
