Job Description:

Reform UK is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Executive Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of the Executive Office. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth administrative functions, managing data, and assisting senior staff with key tasks. You will be responsible for handling department administration, coordinating essential processes, and supporting the leadership team in their duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to HQ and senior leadership team.
  • Manage and maintain records, databases, and key documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in the coordination of meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-ups are actioned.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and scheduling for senior staff as required.
  • Oversee general office administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Data Management:

  • Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Compile reports and presentations as required for leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Assist in processing and organising data related to party operations and activities.

Support to Senior Staff:

  • Assist senior leadership in carrying out their duties effectively through administrative and operational support.
  • Ensure key deadlines are met by managing schedules and coordinating workloads.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication within the organisation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Essential:

  • Experience in administrative or office management roles.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong IT skills

Desirable:

Knowledge of UK politics or experience working in a political organisation.
