What You Will Do
- Build and lead a top performing high-frequency quantitative trading team
- Develop and implement systematic trading strategies across multiple asset classes
- Collaborate with Quant & Engineering teams to design and implement trading algorithms
- Explore new strategies through research and analysis of the latest market trends
Who You Are
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Math, Finance, Engineering or a similar discipline
- An entrepreneurial risk taker with proven experience in crypto trading, PnL generation, and managing a sizable book on the buy-side
- Track record in leading a team with successful alpha research and implementation
- Demonstrable passion in digital asset, algo trading and market making
- Self-driven and ambitious, but willing to learn and grow with the team in the digital asset space
- Mental discipline to solve complex problems and communicate effectively under pressure
- Strong technical ability and proficiency in Python and/or C++ would be an advantage
