What you will work on and shape together with us
📈 Kick-ass customer experience
You are responsible to provide a professional customer experience to all out-/inbound leads expressing their interest in rready and its solution. This covers various channels such as phone, email, live chat, and LinkedIn.
📢 Lead qualification
You are the first face a potential customer will see and interact with. You conduct context gathering and qualification calls with inbound and outbound prospects in order to push new business opportunities into the pipeline.
💻 Pipeline Planning & CRM
We count on you that you follow a disciplined approach to maintain a rolling pipeline.
You are responsible to keep the information about prospects and customers up-to-date in our CRM system.
🚀 Learn & Develop
Become a product expert and learn rready's selling practices.
Get supported and trained by the sales team so that you can grow professionally and run first full sales-cycles in emerging markets.
🙋🏾♀️Collaborate with your teammates
You hand-over qualified leads to an Account Executive who will be responsible to win the account.
Support and work hand-in-hand with the Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Marketing and the Sales Leadership.

✅ have +1 years of full-time work experience, preferably in Sales, Marketing or Customer Success
✅ are motivated to pursue a career in sales and the willingness to learn from professionals
✅ strong stakeholder management skills; empathic listener and persuasive communicator
✅ have excellent communication and relationship building skills
✅ have a interest or even experience in corporate innovation
✅ are ambitious to kick-off your career, resilient, and highly motivated
✅ are fluent in English and German, other languages are a plus
