rready is a Swiss startup dedicated to making innovation in organizations measurable, manageable and visible. We help the entrepreneurial spirit find its way into larger organizations by automating and streamlining their innovation funnel through modular online B2B SaaS platforms that are backed by a proven method. So far rready has empowered 1000+ intrapreneurs in global companies like Roche, Siemens Energy or Implenia.
Key immediate responsibilities:
Our immediate needs are for assistance with hiring and onboarding as we look to scale our global team rapidly
We have the tools to scale hiring having already implemented Greenhouse as an ATS. Our level of recruitment activity means the founders and management would now benefit from professional help in the recruitment process.
The successful applicant will help the team scale through working with founders and management team to refine job descriptions and interview processes & coordinating a consistent, high-quality onboarding process for new entrants to the team.
Core people processes:
We will also be looking for the successful applicant to deploy the first round of formal people processes within the company, including lightweight but effective appraisal and development processes, as well as working to continuously improve our people systems infrastructure, including working with the VP finance to deploy an HRIS when it is required.
Future of the role:
We see success in this position meaning the role eventually progresses to being a core member of the management team; bringing a professional HR viewpoint to management decisions.
Developing our People capability and the Capability of our people:
As a people leader, this role would also bring increasing responsibility for designing and implementing programs to manage professional development and career progression for our team and being the core of our People team as we scale.
