As a Technical Account Manager, you will draw on your consultative problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to assist our clients and lead successful integrations of their e-commerce websites and mobile applications with RTB House. Additionally, you will support daily campaign optimization to ensure all client performance marketing goals are achieved. As a member of the New Products team, you will help implement new features and ideas in the APAC market.
Digital advertising or e-commerce background is a big plus. In addition, since we work in a collaborative environment and are in regular contact with various business and client teams, you need to be a great communicator ready to explain complex information to non-technical audiences.

Your daily tasks:
- Ensuring that technical issues/tickets are responded to within the agreed SLAs (Service Level Agreements);
- Leading the RTB House and client website/mobile app integration to ensure proper tag installation (via Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer, etc.);
- Optimizing daily campaigns to meet various client marketing goals;
- Working closely with Sales & Account Managers to deliver client success and satisfaction, meeting set goals and instantly responding to technical issues;
- Communicating with Business & Technical Teams (through tickets, emails, and calls).
Our requirements:
- Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript (or Python);
- Experience with Google Chrome’s debugging console;
- Solid understanding of Excel (Lookup/Pivot table, standard formulas);
- Experience in e-commerce or digital advertising (e.g., programmatic, AdTech, AdOps) is nice to have;
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer / Branch is a big plus;
- Great communication skills;
- Advanced English language skills.
