HR Generalist

Location: Poland - remote

What you will do:

Be the first point of contact in day-to-day HR topics and guide associates through HR processes;
Welcome new hires on board and conduct HR-related induction;
Be responsible for local L&D initiatives;
Summarize satisfaction survey results and support Team Leaders and Project Managers in follow-up projects;
Participate in HR projects roll-out and lead small local HR initiatives;
Support Senior HRBP in Performance Management Process;
Prepare draft internal communication for selected departments;
Support Team Leaders and Project Managers in organizing team initiatives (both offline and online);
Liaise with internal partners (HR HQ, payroll, legal, finance).

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience working in HR function;
Fluent English and Polish (min. C1) both written and verbal;
Focus on results and solution-driven approach to work;
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks and get things done;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (active listening);
Up-to-date knowledge of HR trends and best practices;
Excellent Presentation skills;
Passion and energy while working with people.
