HR Generalist
Location: Poland - remote

What you will do:
- Be the first point of contact in day-to-day HR topics and guide associates through HR processes;
- Welcome new hires on board and conduct HR-related induction;
- Be responsible for local L&D initiatives;
- Summarize satisfaction survey results and support Team Leaders and Project Managers in follow-up projects;
- Participate in HR projects roll-out and lead small local HR initiatives;
- Support Senior HRBP in Performance Management Process;
- Prepare draft internal communication for selected departments;
- Support Team Leaders and Project Managers in organizing team initiatives (both offline and online);
- Liaise with internal partners (HR HQ, payroll, legal, finance).
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in HR function;
- Fluent English and Polish (min. C1) both written and verbal;
- Focus on results and solution-driven approach to work;
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks and get things done;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (active listening);
- Up-to-date knowledge of HR trends and best practices;
- Excellent Presentation skills;
- Passion and energy while working with people.
