What you will be responsible for:

Analysis of contextual and behavioural signals that influence the performance of thousands of marketing campaigns,
Designing and developing new data processing and analysis pipelines, including use of generative artificial intelligence, to improve company’s core product,
Formulating statistical hypotheses that could improve ads targeting and researching big amounts of data to validate them,
Preparation of prototypes and production level data processing scripts using SQL, Python and Notebooks,
Projects coordination of various teams working on new and innovative solutions - research & development and their implementation,
Optimising computational complexity in data analysis processes at logical and technical level.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

Experience min. 5 years in Data Analysis, Statistical Research or related work,
Experience in research & development - statistical hypothesis creation and fluently using statistical modelling techniques incl. simulations, clustering, forecasting, A/B live testing,
SQL at an advanced level, experience with processing large data sets, creating complex queries, optimising computational complexity,
Python at an intermediate to advanced level, experience with libraries related to data processing,
Great communication skills, flexibility and adaptability - working with high-pace development,
Experience in leading projects e.g. coordinating implementation of solutions,
Fluency in English and Polish,

Nice to have: Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, experience with BigQuery,
Nice to have: Experience in the advertising industry.
