This role is part of our Crosstalent  team, one of our growing brands at saas.group.

Crosstalent is human resources management cloud software. Crosstalent is a Salesforce Software Partner listed on the AppExchange (World’s #1 Business Software market Place). 

Your responsibilities

  • Recognize customer needs and make business proposals.
  • Identify operational and technical improvements.
  • Implement solutions and applications in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Train the project and Customer support teams in system administration 

What you bring to the table

  • You have a degree in engineering/ management, or at least 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • You have experience in integrating Salesforce solutions (one Salesforce certification required)
  • You enjoy working with customers and take pride in supporting them
  • You are fluent in French and English and have excellent communication skills.
  • You are a fast learner with a high level of initiative and great communication skills.
  • You are well organized, you know how to prioritize tasks, and you get things done.
  • You feel comfortable working in a remote-first setup.
