About the role

Rewardful is the easiest way for SaaS companies to launch, manage and scale their affiliate programs using Stripe or Paddle. We are looking for our first Customer Success Manager who can help our customers to implement and use the Rewardful platform in the best possible way to increase customer loyalty, retention and expansion revenue. This role will also entail some elements of inbound sales.

We’re looking for team members with a high level of ownership, professionalism and positivity. As long as your tasks and goals are being met, we have complete faith that you are doing your best. We value autonomy, and don’t micromanage. Rewardful isn’t technically a startup anymore, but in many respects we operate like one. We move quickly, and with minimal bureaucracy.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Conducting product demos and coaching sessions with our customers
  • Finding technical solutions for customer requirements together with our support and development teams
  • Acting as a sparring partner for your product colleagues

Your Responsibilities

  • Onboard, support and guide customers in configuring and using Rewardful
  • Identifying enterprise caliber customers
  • Identifying customers who would benefit from coaching
  • Reviewing and updating our onboarding and support documentation to improve the customer onboarding experience
  • Responding to enterprise customers evaluation questions
  • Ownership of expansion revenue
  • Consulting and sharing of best practices for the implementation and expansion of their affiliate program
  • Collaboration with key stakeholders at Rewardful to create an added value for our customers by collaborating with support or by sharing insights with the product teams to drive product adoption and development

What you bring to the table:

  • 4+ years of experience in a client facing role, ideally in customer success
  • Interest and understanding of affiliate marketing
  • High level of ownership and proactivity
  • The ambition to go the extra mile for delivering the best possible solution to your clients
  • You’re a digital native who lives and breathes the internet

Nice to have

  • In depth knowledge / experience in affiliate marketing, especially for SaaS companies. 
  • Basic understanding of web technologies
