THE MISSION

We are looking for an Account Executive to help us further develop our business by signing the top medium merchants in Spain. You will support our Country Manager Iberia in setting the strategic commercial direction and regional go-to-market strategy

 

You will:

  • Sign merchants in our core categories
  • Identify the pain points of the merchants in order to propose the best solution
  • Focus on pipeline generation in order to have enough deals to achieve your target
  • Follow the sales process and methodology implemented at Scalapay

 

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must have

  • Be an exceptional salesperson. This means having achieved exceptional results in your sales career. Exceptional means the type of results that are beyond the reach of 100%
  • You have at least +2 years of experience in sales selling in a digital environment (and are not afraid of outbound!)
  • Hunting and never give up attitude
  • Data driven approach to control your business
  • You are fluent in Spanish and English
  • You have a good knowledge of CRM tools  (ideally Hubspot), LinkedIn and prospecting solutions.

  • Make Scalapay number 1 priority for the top 30 medium merchants in Spain

Hiring process

  1. A quick chat with one of our Talent Acquisition team members
  2. A first set of interviews with Giorgio (our Country Manager Iberia) to deep dive into your experiences and better understand your motivation - for sure at least one of these will be face to face
  3. A chat with Massimiliano (our CRO) where he will evaluate your motivation and your previous success
  4. A case study to test your hard skills, that will be debriefed with a panel of future internal stakeholders
  5. A final chat with Simone (our CEO)
