We are seeking a dynamic individual to fulfill the role of Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will provide essential support to the General Secretary's office, managing a variety of tasks including incoming and outgoing correspondence, both electronic and paper-based. This includes handling communications and distributing documentation as needed. Additionally, the role involves executing protocols and ensuring proper archiving of documents in our company repository.

Furthermore, the Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the legal office by managing requests related to corporate affairs and updating pertinent files. This includes maintaining ODV files and assisting with requests from judicial authorities.

As part of our team, strong teamwork skills and effective communication are essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of organization and results orientation, along with the ability to multitask and optimize work time efficiently.

 

You will:

  • Provide support for the activities of the General Secretary.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, handling both electronic (PEC email) and paper-based communications.
  • Distribute documentation appropriately according to recipients.
  • Execute protocols and ensure proper archiving of documents in the company repository.
  • Assist the legal office in managing requests pertaining to corporate affairs.
  • Update ODV files, including records of executions by third parties, requests from Judicial Authorities, and bankruptcies.
  • Support the legal office in handling requests from judicial authorities.
  • Support the operation office.
  • Provide assistance to the Administration, Finance, and Control Department
  • Submit a documents to the CEO/Chairman for signature
