Who we're looking for
We are seeking a Senior Product Partner Manager to join our dynamic B2B team, focusing on leveraging AI to create personalized casino and sportsbook experiences within the iGaming industry.
This role will be integral in managing partner relationships and driving product development through their insights and feedback.
As a part of our team you will
- Collaborate closely with our partners to ensure the seamless integration of our product offerings.
- Actively monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct user research, collect feedback, and refine the product value and design (e.g., through A/B testing) to ensure successful product launches.
- Serve as the key communication link between our partners and the product team, ensuring that partner needs are addressed effectively and that we consistently deliver outstanding outcomes.
What we expect
- Over 4 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in the iGaming industry — ideally within a B2B platform or operator environment (background with outsourcing organizations related to iGaming is a plus).
- Understanding of key metrics and product development goals within the industry.
- Skilled in conducting user research, CustDev, and managing customer or partner relationships.
- Strong communication abilities to collaborate seamlessly with both internal and external teams.
- Experience in leading a product team is an advantage, as we aim for future growth in this area.
- English proficiency at a B2 level is required, and fluent Russian is essential.
