In partnership with our client Sedgwick are seeking an experienced administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator with strong communication skills.
This is a permanent role based in Dublin 1.
The Role:
Reporting directly into the Head of Member Services, the successful candidate will have previous administration and customer service experience.
This is a hybrid role, at least two days in the office.
The role of the Member Services Administrator includes but is not limited to the following key responsibilities:
- Process membership applications and renewals, including maintaining accurate membership records in the database.
- Provide customer service for all membership enquiries.
- Assist in the monthly reporting on membership figures.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with both members and corporate clients.
- Assist with the CPD annual returns and audit process.
The Candidate
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administration role.
- Evidence of excellent customer service.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Advanced level of numeracy and literacy.
- High level of IT skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and Database Management. Experience with Quercus an advantage.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
