Key roles-
As a Customer Service and Renewals Representative, you'll lead our commitment to excellence by engaging with policyholders and accurately recording information.
Specific responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Build relationships with insured individuals and clients
- Communicate with customers post sales and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive understanding of policy terms and conditions relating to queries and mid-term policy adjustments
- Communicate persuasively with Customers to maximize sales and renewals, subject to regulatory and client requirements
- Working collaboratively with the client Leadership Team to consistently achieve SLAs and Sales Targets
- Resolve complaints with empathy and proficiency
- Maintain detailed records of actions and conversations
- Safeguard and update customer and policy data

- Exhibit genuine empathy in all interactions
- Exceptional communication for effective connections
- Previous administration and phone experience
- Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks
- Navigate complaint resolution with poise
Experience
- Experience working in a pressurised environment with tight deadlines
- Experience working positively as part of a team and in supporting and motivating others to achieve team objectives
- Previous customer service expertise required
