Junior Financial Coordinator  - Soho House Amsterdam 

As Junior Financial Coordinator you will be taking care of ad-hoc tasks and providing ongoing support to the Finance director. As finance accountant you will also be responsible for payroll administration, debtors and creditors.

Tasks include but not limited to:

  • Performing and maintaining the entire general finance administration
  • Responsible for processing of all financial entries (creditors, debtors, cash, bank and general ledger transactions)
  • Participation in periodic closing
  • Preparing tax returns
  • Preparing and executing weekly payments
  • Point of contact for suppliers and other relations (in English and Dutch)
  • General activities consisting of, among other things, drafting e-mails, answering various financial questions from customers, partners and external parties
  • Assisting your colleagues with financial tasks

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience in Finance and preferably in hospitality
  • Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
  • Have time management, organization and admin skills
  • Ability to consistently maintain positive vendor and employee relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English and Dutch
