About your team
The People & Organization (P&O) team operates with the purpose of empowering our pioneering Solarians by creating a meaningful workplace that attracts, inspires and develops top talent”. The TA team is tasked with attracting and hiring our top talent.
As a team, we work with OKRs to reach our goals and base our actions on the values of Solarisbank. With a valid set of KPIs and the use of the perspectives of our different target groups we strive to offer a great experience to our colleagues.
As a Tech Talent Acquisition Team Lead, you are a key member of the P&O team reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition. In this role, you are responsible for leading a team of fun, energetic and engaged Tech Talent Acquisitions professionals to execute on Solarisbank Tech Talent Strategy.
- Coach, inspire a high performing Tech Talent Acquisition team to build and execute Solarisbanks‘ talent vision and TA strategy.
- Manage an “Always On” recruitment strategy and drive sourcing capability and capacity across the team to proactively build diverse candidate pools to meet ambitious growth plans of Solarisbank.
- Work closely with the team to identify process improvement opportunities to expedite the recruitment of top talent for Solarisbank.
- Build partnerships with our CTO, VPs of Engineering and other involved hiring managers to ensure smooth scaling and hiring
- Proactively manage end-to-end recruitment for leadership positions
- Work with our Head of Talent Acquisition to set the talent acquisition KPIs and a formal tracking process to measure and manage progress against OKRs
What you should bring along
- You have a minimum of 3-5 years experience leading recruiting or other talent related areas, ideally within a growing startup with ambitious demands.
- You are experienced in Tech Recruiting
- You are known for your strong diagnostics and consulting skills
- You are used to give feedback as a daily routine and you are thankful for every constructive feedback you get yourself
- You act service-oriented and your excellent communication skills make you shine
- You have a good understanding of Europe’s tech hiring market and challenges
