We're seeking a Partner Manager to spearhead our growth strategy in the DACH region. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in cultivating and nurturing strategic partnerships that align with our business objectives.

Your Mission:
- Identify and proactively engage new partnerships that strategically align with our company's objectives within the DACH region.
- Cultivate and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in potential partner organizations, ensuring seamless communication and the realization of successful partnerships.
- Continuously assess and optimize partnership performance, pinpointing areas for enhancement and implementing innovative strategies for maximizing results.
- Skillfully negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with prospective partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Oversee existing partnerships, maintaining open lines of communication and driving collaborative efforts to achieve sustained growth and mutual value.
- Remain at the forefront of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market conditions, seizing new opportunities and maintaining a competitive edge.
Your Profile:
- A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated success in partner management or business development, with a deep focus on the DACH region.
- Proven track record of acquiring and nurturing successful partnerships.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, complemented by the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
