Your mission
You’ll be building a seamless user authentication and management foundation, upon which our entire product depends. This is a mission critical capability — all other parts of our product depend upon the user information you’ll be responsible for.
To begin, you’ll centralise all IAM needs within your team, get to know our customers and stakeholders to understand the problems we need to solve, and then define the direction you’ll take. From there, you’ll make every week count to bring that vision to life inside our product
What you'll do
- You’ll define the direction and roadmap of your team. You’ll collaborate with others (like our Learning, Simulation, and Workflow teams) to ensure your direction is coherent.
- You’ll own login/authentication, company and user management, roles and rights, integrations with identity providers etc.
- You’ll deeply understand the pains of your customers, define the problems we’ll solve, and work with your team to build solutions that have real impact.
- You’ll ship early and often, learning as you go. You’ll care deeply about the outcomes you do (and don’t!) achieve.
- You’ll collaborate with your leadership team on our overall product strategy, and you’ll be a motivating voice within SoSafe for the direction we’re taking.
- We aim to make every week count. You’ll have a strong voice within the Product Management team, helping the entire group to improve incrementally every week
Your profile
- You’re a Product Manager with experience conceiving, building, and shipping impactful software products.
- You’ve worked in more technical product areas (eg. IAM or a data-driven product).
- You’re comfortable with turning ambiguity into a clear plan of action and can demonstrate this with your experience in other roles.
- You are comfortable talking technically with a team of experienced Engineers and can contribute effectively to the discussion.
- You’re highly collaborative and bias for action and experimentation. You’re a natural context sharer and force for momentum.
- There are a few things that are highly beneficial, but not essential, for this role:
- Experience of managing a product with a large number of dependencies or stakeholders.
- Experience of integrating with third party services
