Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute innovative projects, enhancing our existing services and exploring new, viable technologies to incorporate into our offerings.

· Collaborate within a compact, interdisciplinary team to efficiently translate these innovative concepts into practical, scalable solutions.

· Utilize data analytics to guide decision-making, ensuring innovations are both user-focused and data-driven.

· Bridge technical and business domains, employing your deep understanding of both to facilitate effective and cohesive project development.

· Nurture a culture of continual innovation and learning, inspiring the team to embrace and develop new ideas and methodologies.

· Engage with various departments to transform their business needs into robust, technological solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

· Extensive experience in engineering, particularly within the SaaS sector, showcasing your ability to drive innovation in software development (6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer).

· Proficiency in JavaScript & Typescript, ReactJS, NodeJS and AWS is essential.

· Strong foundation in software development practices, cloud technologies, and Agile principles. · Experience creating and consuming RESTful APIs. · Willingness to constantly learn and adapt to new tools.

· Solid business insight, especially in B2B environments, understanding market trends, and customer requirements.

· Balanced and effective decision-making skills, capable of synthesizing data, intuition, and business priorities.

· Exceptional communication abilities, adept at simplifying complex technical concepts for varied audiences.

Bonus Points:

· Hands-on experience in leading and launching new products.

· Experience with usage of AI services.
