SoSafe is looking to build out a Bid Management function to support our enterprise and public sector sales teams. To do so, we’re looking for individuals with a passion for purpose-driven technology and its impactful application. The function is going to be the interface between Sales, Solution Engineering, Product, and Legal. You will have the opportunity to build out that new function and actively shape the exciting journey from a startup to the leading Cyber-Security provider in Europe.
Your Mission:
- You’re going to be the first Bid Manager on the ground, so you have the privilege and the responsibility to work with all relevant stakeholders to build out the function.
- You’re going to actively source RFPs in our core markets and manage the response to them.
- You’re going to work closely with our sales teams for the enterprise segment and the public sector to work on RFPs we’re getting from existing prospects or customers and make sure we respond in a professional and scalable way.
- You’re going to work with all relevant stakeholders to ensure a speedy and detail-oriented response.
- Over time you’re going to build out processes to respond to RFPs efficiently, manage RFP related knowledge, and track our performance against RFPs.
Your Profile:
- Full business proficiency in German and English.
- At least 5 years of experience in Bid Management or related roles, ideally within the SaaS sector.
- Knowledge of cyber security, especially within the context of awareness training, is highly desirable.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, technology, or another relevant field
- Strong project management capabilities and familiarity with bid management tools and CRM systems.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working alongside Sales, Consulting, Product, and Legal teams.
- Ability to manage complex bids with attention to detail while maintaining pragmatism and efficiency.
