As SoSafe’s new Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be the key driver in taking our CRM processes to the next level to facilitate SoSafe’s rapid commercial growth. While leading functional improvements to our current set-up, you ensure our CRM Systems integrate well with our overall IT Architecture.

Your mission

Lead the strategic development of our SFDC platform to ensure maximum value for our stakeholders in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing & Accounting
Own the CRM roadmap & ensure its timely delivery through iterative planning & frequent reviews of our development output capacity
Understand business requirements, create functional user stories & process flows and define acceptance criteria as the main facilitator between our technical CRM team and the Go-To-Market organization, represented by our Revenue Operations Business Partners
Responsible for managing key CRM Projects, reporting on progress & ensuring timely delivery
Lead & consult our in-house technical development team to ensure high-quality project delivery

Your profile

5+ years of experience with Salesforce
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Application Architect, B2B Solution Architect) are a plus, but not required
You are an excellent communicator and can easily navigate conversations with the Go-To-Market & CRM development teams
Clear track record in writing user stories, scoping & managing projects, including conducting User Acceptance Testing
Experience in SaaS business models and their quote-to-cash process is a strong plus
Experience in leading a team is a plus
Fluent in English is a requirement
