Our UKI team is looking for a Sales Development Representative / Business Development Representative to proactively source and qualify sales pipeline in the UKI region. The role is hybrid working from our Dublin office part of the week.
Successful SDR / BDR’s at SoSafe are great at both planning and executing against their plans. They research and identify key accounts that are a good fit for SoSafe solution and then execute by engage them with tailored content that resonates. From here, they uncover a business / technical need. Tight collaboration with their dedicated account executive means a great hand-over of the customer need. Or, if the prospect isn’t ready for the buying cycle yet, they provide appropriate resources for the prospect to learn more about SoSafe and prepare for a future conversation.
SoSafe is fast growing star-up. This means opportunity for the right candidate to come in and prove they can build pipeline, a must have skill for successful AEs in any tech company today. You will be provided with industry leading tools you need for success e.g. Salesforce CRM, Sales Nav, Groove, Aircall, Apple Macbook and an encouraging sales environment where you can bring out the best version of yourself and achieve your career and development goals.
Your mission
- Make a positive and lasting first impression with key decision makers in IT security roles across multiple industries.
- Be thoughtful in your messaging by telephone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
- You can deliver a strong impactful elevator pitch of the value of SoSafe
- You are strategic thinker, able to formulate an outbound action plan with your Account Executives
- SoSafe is a start-up. Some of the approaches will work, others may not be as successful. The key is you learn from both. Do these well and you will reap the rewards of strong support from across the business.
- Finally, there is of course incoming inquiries, it’s not all outbound. Ensure these inbound prospects receive fast, relevant, first class engagement so we can best support their needs.
Your profile
- An ambitious, motivated and driven individual on the path to ultimately becoming an Account Executive.
- You work in a structured and organised way which helps you to achieve successs in a fast paced environment.
- You are able to build relationships internally with your SDR colleagues, Marketing and Sales leadership. Your structured feedback is proactive and valued.
- You are known to take initiative yourself. While you will be given guidance and goals for the role, you are able to problem solve and come up with solutions yourself.
- You are fluent in English.
