Your mission

As an Account Executive you build and nurture strong relationships for our customers in the automotive, food & beverage, or electronics industries. By understanding each customer’s unique needs and challenges, and effectively communicating SPARETECHS’ cutting-edge product you will optimize inventory management, reduce downtime, and drive cost savings.

  • Be a central pillar for the success story of SPARETECH in the early phase of our startup by contributing your own ideas and participating in decisions
  • Be responsible for our global key accounts and establish long-term customer relationships
  • Take sole responsibility for revenue and upselling activities for our SaaS customers
  • Further, develop the upselling strategies and structures
  • Represent SPARETECH at our customers' premises and at trade fairs in Germany and abroad
  • Be significantly involved in the further development of our software together with the product team

Become a part of our team if you

  • Bring 4-7 years experience in B2B Enterprise Sales you have been successfully closed new customers and expanded existing customers in the past
  • Want to inspire customers and colleagues to break new ground to create the digital world of spare parts 
  • Have been active in the manufacturing environment, and experienced the responsibilities of maintenance, production, and engineering departments firsthand
  • Have already sold in the discrete automotive, food & beverage, or electronics industries and built up a network in those industries
  • Have completed a bachelor’s degree in a technically oriented or business management course of study
  • Are able to communicate confidently with customers and business partners from various industries and at various hierarchical levels (fluent in German and English) and show assertiveness through your binding appearance
  • Do not hesitate to travel between 1-2 days per week expected to be at prospects & customers
