Your Mission

As an IT Manager, you will drive the development of our IT infrastructure, ensuring it operates at its best. You will ensure the security of our data, the optimal functionality of our systems and equipment, and the seamless execution of our digital strategy. By implementing innovative IT solutions, you will promote progress, efficiency, and security, while supporting the entire team in leveraging these technologies.

  • Take ownership of a modern, scalable cloud IT infrastructure in a modern tech company
  • Lead projects independently, from implementing new tools to optimising existing systems, and support us on the way to SOC2 certification
  • Act as the single point of contact for all IT-related matters and questions of your colleagues
  • Handle the IT equipment (asset management) and ensure all colleagues can work efficiently from day one (onboarding & offboarding)
  • Be in charge of GDPR topics and first contact point for SPARETECH
  • Continuously develop your skills through hands-on learning and access to the latest technologies

Become a part of our team if you

  • Bring in several years of experience in a comparable IT position, ideally in a remote setup
  • Possess depth knowledge of IT cloud infrastructure and workplace management, Azure EntraID, Intune and common SaaS tools such as Slack, Miro and Notion are no strangers to you.
  • Have a strong understanding of IT compliance and data privacy regulations
  • Are a team-oriented and engaging personality with a strong service mentality and an analytical and precise approach to work
  • Can communicate confidently and fluently in English with colleagues and business partners and can explain technical topics in an understandable way ****(Nice to have: German language skills)
