The Role

As the Marketing Systems & Automation Manager you will join the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team and be responsible for designing, implementing, administering and subsequently optimising marketing tools, systems and processes, as well as ensuring those tools, systems and processes are documented, measured and maintained.​
​You will be responsible for building, executing and automating marketing campaigns and operations working with the broader resources available in the RevOps team to support on the data, analysis and insights. This will be to enable the growth and wider GTM teams to do impactful work, while conserving efforts and introducing efficiencies.​​
You will play a key role in the development and roll out of best practices around our systems, tools, processes and automations along every step of the customer journey but with a strong focus on the demand generation.​
In addition, you will oversee and support in key projects such as lead/account scoring, data enrichment and intent, working with systems like Marketo, Zoominfo, Salesforce etc, to ensure that the marketing operations are optimised for growth.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Establish, maintain and optimise marketing and GTM-wide processes related but not limited to attribution, lead flow, scoring and routing​
  • Own, manage and optimise automated journeys for both leads and users​
  • Be a power user and admin in multiple technologies in the marketing stack, working as a dynamic voice in architecture decisions
  • Oversee the operational aspects of campaigns planning, preparation, execution, tracking and attribution​
  • Monitor health and data hygiene of operational systems​
  • Proactively plan and organise system maintenance
  • Ensure effective and efficient design of solutions combining technology and business processes​
  • Maximise the value provided by each tool, and manage integration between them​
  • Align with stakeholders to assess needs, perform gap analysis, and build a roadmap for new technology and capability development​
  • Partner with Demand Generation teams to build custom execution needs

Who we are looking for:

  • Experience with CRM solutions and marketing automation tools (Marketo and Salesforce) – with hands-on experience building and executing multi-channel campaigns in a B2B environment ​
  • Detailed knowledge of marketing operations technology industry developments and trends​
  • Demonstrated expertise in building mature marketing technology stacks, integrating marketing tools to support business objectives, and establishing scalable processes​
  • Experience manipulating data and presenting insight​
  • Experience of managing complex stakeholder environments, and managing and leveraging 3rd party suppliers​
  • Experience with strategic management and the implementation of web and marketing automation projects​
  • The confidence and knowledge to question current processes & initiatives and identify opportunities to make a real change.​
  • Experienced working within a SaaS organisation would be beneficial
