We’ve got a very talented and very well-established Product Team that practices outcome-driven product management with a significant attention to Product Discovery and Product Culture. We develop products that are creating value for the company, for our clients and for the market in general. We are looking for an outstanding Senior Product Manager to join our team and become a leader of a suite of data-driven advertising management products.

About the role.

Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, the Head of Product will be a customer-centric, inspiring and impactful leader, charged with building world-class product discovery and product delivery capabilities.

As a Head of product, you will lead a team of product managers (and corresponding teams) to drive the product life cycle, putting in place key product processes to create a culture of high-performance. You will be one of the customer champions and product leaders, whilst balancing this with a pragmatism instilled by solid commerciality and road-mapping. Head of Product will also ensure that the relationships between SplitMetrics Acquire product team and all other functions – especially sales, marketing, and engineering – are strong and effective, and that feedback loops across the organisation remain open.

As a member of Product Management team, you will lead strengthening our ability to connect Data Science Technologies with Business needs by gathering and communicating market and business requirements through data-savvy research and user feedback.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive continued business ARR growth and customer value with prioritised roadmap initiatives.
  • Jointly responsible for product strategy, roadmap execution, and go to market with the other members of the product leadership team.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, influence and stay in tune with the evolution of our strategy so you can translate it into killer product features. 
  • Drive product culture across the organisation, including a customer-centric approach to all activities and an outcome-driven, collaborative approach involving all departments in the business to product discovery and delivery.
  • Build the delivery roadmap, lead a transparent and up-to-date view of all product and engineering workstreams underway. 
  • Broaden and mature the Product Management function: clear cross-department communications, roadmap visibility, change and commitment management. 
  • Lead and coach a team of product managers directly within your domain. 
  • Drive product adoption by effectively articulating the value propositions and partnering with go-to-market teams on sales support efforts and growth initiatives. 
  • Work with Product Marketing on the evolution of product packaging, pricing and GTM strategy to make sure it meets the market criteria alongside with company strategy. 
  • Be a “voice of product” across the company and beyond, represent the product on partner and client meetings, public conferences and industry events.

Experience & Skills:

  • 6+ years in Product Management across b2b products. SaaS AdTech experience would be wonderful. 
  • 4+ years of experience in managing people, including hiring, coaching and mentoring brilliant product managers (we have them!). Remote-first environment should be not a problem for you.
  • Demonstrated successful use and promotion of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery. 
  • Working knowledge of AI & ML tasks and techniques would be beneficial, but not mandatory. 
  • Proven experience successfully managing a product suite throughout its lifecycle, SaaS and/or B2B experience preferred. 
  • Strong habit to execute at pace, taking calculated risks. We operate as a successful scale-up, not a comfortable corporation.
  • Outstanding presentation and communications skills. 
  • Experience working with data-driven products, ability to read and pull your own data. 
  • Ability to take ownership of issues and drive to resolution in partnership with other teams. 
  • No hesitation to roll up your sleeves and be hands on. 
  • Strategic and commercially minded, allowing you to have a powerful contribution to the SplitMetrics leadership team. 
  • Fluent English (verbal and written), ability to conduct face to face meeting with international B2B customers (we do it a lot).
