We are in search of an experienced Product Manager who will play a crucial role in aligning SplitMetrics Acquire's product development with the business objectives and the needs of the customers. We’ve got a very talented and very well-established Product Team that practices outcome-driven product management with significant attention to Product Discovery and Product Culture.
What you’ll be doing:
You will be responsible for a certain product area aiming to enhance our core product - the SplitMetrics Acquire by leading the full product development cycle from customer development activities & building requirements together with stakeholders, onto scoping features with engineering teams and developing a GTM and success metrics for the product launch.
You will take ownership of the Product Backlog and technical specifications for the team.
Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market gaps.
Lead Agile/Scrum teams to ensure timely delivery of product iterations.
Engage closely with customers to gather feedback and ensure their success with our products.
Monitor key metrics related to product adoption and customer satisfaction on product improvements to enhance customer loyalty.
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SAAS company.
Proficient in product management best practices including techniques for identifying customer needs, hypothesis-driven roadmap, prioritization, segmentation, and data analysis.
Have a solid grasp of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodology.
Understand the advertising landscape and the needs of advertisers, including experience with ad optimization.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineering, design, data science, and sales representatives.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Self-starter who can manage large cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Fluent in English, both verbally and in written communication.
It would be great if you are:
Experienced user of analytical tools (Amplitude, Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.)
Experienced with multi-project management and execution in a cross-functional environment.
As a plus: have start-up experience in digital marketing business and/or mobile marketing.
